Bears had entire NFL jealous with this draft pick

Coming into the NFL Draft, the Chicago Bears needed to come through and deliver a superb draft with the potential to change the future of the franchise.

In the end, they mostly knocked it out of the park, especially in the first round. Of course, with the first overall pick in the draft, the Bears got quarterback Caleb Williams. With the ninth overall pick, they gave Williams some help by drafting Rome Odunze out of Washington.

On the latest episode of Get Up! on ESPN, Mike Greenberg noted that numerous scouts had Odunze as the best wide receiver available. Needless to say, by getting him a QB just a few picks earlier, Odunze may have just been a huge steal. If one thing is for sure, other scouts would have loved to have had the draft luck the Bears did.
