According to NBC Sports Chicago's Josh Schrock, the Bears' offensive staff is thrilled with how well Williams has prepared for their teachings at this week's rookie minicamp. Williams has been proactive, quickly getting up to speed with the demands of both the Bears and the NFL. Crucially, he's been engaging by asking insightful questions.

"Bears QB coach Kerry Joseph highlighted Williams' inquisitive nature, saying, 'He's one of those guys who wants to know why. You put a play in, you discuss it, and he's right there wanting to understand the reasoning behind each decision.' Late one evening, Williams texted him questioning the specifics of a play, showing his eagerness to understand every aspect of the game."
Joseph appreciates how quickly Williams has adapted in his initial professional experiences.
