ESPN Insider Reveals that Chicago Bears are 'Serious' about Landing Pro Bowl Running Back

In a new article from ESPN reporter Jordan Raanan, he reveals which teams are likely to pursue Giants RB Saquon Barkley this offseason:

As seen, the Bears are one of the teams that are believed to be "serious suitors" of Barkley and will compete to sign him once free agency begins.

The Bears had success this past season with their RBs, but are still looking for that big name to be a game changer.

Barkley was the 2nd overall pick in the 2018 NFL draft, and since then, he has been named as the offensive rookie of the year, as well as being selected to 2 Pro Bowls.

Injuries have occurred so far in his young career, but when he's healthy he is a real danger on the field. If the price is right and the Bears don't need to give up too much money, then signing Barkley would be a great move for this organization.
