The Chicago Bears took on the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday in another disappointing loss which was filled with bad decisions by the Bears coaching staff.
A video has gone viral over the last few days which shows Bears rookie QB Caleb Williams clearly upset with his offensive coordinator Shane Waldron for the plays called during that game against the Colts.

Fans were quick to point out on social media after the released on this video how the Bears coaching staff and the way the organization operates as a whole is extremely flawed.

Step 3: ruin QBs confidence after two bad years
Step 4: trade him for pennies

Notice how Caleb always wants up tempo and to get to the line to see what the defense is doing. Waldron changes personell and they don't get to the line of scrimmage until 5-7 left on the play clock
Something needs to change quickly in Chicago, even if there has been only 3 games so far, Bears fans are all too familiar with this type of situation and seeing a season slip away way too quickly.
