Aaron Rodgers clowns the Chicago Bears in typical disrespectful fashion
As a member of the Green Bay Packers, Aaron Rodgers absolutely hated the Chicago Bears, and the feeling was always mutual.
During his reign of terror in the NFC North, Rodgers was able to have the Bears' number. In fact, he frequently said he was the owner of the team. If you are a fan of the Bears, this was probably the worst thing imaginable. Every time these two played, it was almost a guarantee that the Packers would end up victorious. Bears fans began to resent Rodgers, and he hated them back.
On the Pat McAfee show today, Rodgers got in another shot at the Bears, despite playing for the New York Jets, in a completely different conference. When asked about some Bears sniffing around his teammate Sauce Gardner's backyard, Rodgers quipped that he should called Jordan Love since he owns the Bears now.
At this point in his career, Rodgers is never going to stop going after the Bears. He could be 70 years old and he will still have something to say about them. However, that is what makes sports great. The rivalries last a lifetime, and the Bears/Packers rivalry is one that will stand the test of time. They are iconic franchises, and nothing will ever stand in the way of that.
