In a mock draft from TSN's Vinnie Iyer, he predicts the Bears drafting a Washington WR, who is not Rome Odunze, but rather Ja'Lynn Polk:

NFL Mock Draft 2024: Complete 7-round edition features five first-round QBs, including J.J. McCarthy & Bo Nix

In this mock, he has the Bears drafting USC QB Caleb Williams at 1 and then using their 9th pick on UCLA edge rusher Laiatu Latu, and waiting a bit longer to select a WR.

With the 75th overall pick, Iyer predicts that the Bears will draft Polk and use him as the WR3 on the Bears:

"The Bears could use a physical target to complement DJ Moore and Keenan Allen for Caleb Williams"
- Iyer wrote

Polk has been a solid member to the Huskies since arriving after his freshman year at Texas Tech, where he transferred ahead of the 2021 season. However, his best year came this past season, as he ended the 2023 season with a total of 69 catches for 1,159 yards and 9 touchdowns.

Polk has been a sleeper player all offseason, so if the Bears snag him with a later-round pick, then that will be a steal.
