Aaron Rodgers is Fighting for Legalization of Psychedelics in the NFL
Many of us NFL fans know that Aaron Rodgers is a big advocate for psychedelics. He has talked about them on podcasts, radio shows, etc. This past week, Rodgers attended a psychedelics conference in Denver where he was a speaker. During his speech, he made it known that he wants psychedelics to be legalized in the NFL.
Rodgers has spoken out about using ayahuasca, and has stated that many teammates have called it "life changing." While at the conference, Rodgers told stories of his experience with it and explains how much it has helped him. He also called out the "haters" and added that by using these psychedelics, he was able to have successful NFL seasons. Rodgers said:
"You know, it's going to be hard to cancel me, because, you know, the previous year, 26 touchdowns, four interceptions. We had a good season. Ayahuasca, 48 touchdowns, five interceptions, MVP. What are you going to say?
Rodgers wants the NFL to accept the use of psychedelics and for it to be the new normal. He wants to change the way people view them and to understand the benefits of them.
Psychedelics is something that Rodgers is very passionate about it, but I do not see them becoming the new normal anytime soon.
