Newest addition to the Chicago Bears' roster, wide receiver DJ Moore, finished last season boasting 63 receptions for 888 yards and seven touchdowns while still at the Carolina Panthers.
Adam Schein, a pundit at NFL.com, anticipates Moore to supersede his previous records in his inaugural season at the Windy City. According to Schein, the wide receiver is a lock for an upgrade in his 2022 performance, placing him at the sixth position among NFL players poised for significant enhancement.
Schein firmly articulates, "Let's be crystal clear from the get-go: Moore was never the issue in Carolina." He continued, "In spite of the circumstances, Moore gallantly surpassed 1,000 receiving yards in three distinct seasons. His stellar talent stood out to anyone observing the Panthers' games. Now as he finds himself in Chicago, he's on the cusp of earning nationwide recognition."
As part of the deal that secured Panthers the No. 1 pick in this April's draft, the Bears acquired Moore, providing exactly what they needed to stimulate Justin Fields' evolution as a passer: an undeniable WR1. Schein notes, "Still merely 26 and stepping into his sixth year, Moore is geared up to outrun last year's statistics. Mark my words, he'll rake in a minimum of 1,200 yards and 10 touchdowns, establishing new career highs."
