Chicago Bears general manager Ryan Pace made a pretty big splash to open up free agency, and one of those signings included 24 year old wide receiver Allen Robinson. The young wide receiver is coming off a torn ACL but has plenty of upside and talent moving forward. Pace and the Bears made a three year commitment with Robinson, but the wide receiver is hoping it doesn't end there. «This is not just a three-year thing for me,» Robinson said at his introductory press conference. «In my mind, I want to retire a Chicago Bear.»
Robinson believes in young quarterback Mitch Trubisky and hopefully the two start building some chemistry right out of the gate. Bears CB Prince Amukamara is familiar with Robinson having both played with the Jaguars, and he had some good words about Robinson. «Allen Robinson was a nightmare in practice, and I say that in the best way possible,» Amukamara said. "He's very, very competitive. If he makes a play, he's going to let you know it, and he just works extremely hard."
