Bears have Hired former Panthers Defensive Coordinator to Serve as the Teams Senior Defensive Analyst

As revealed by Bears reporter Courtney Cronin, the Bears have hired former Panthers defensive coordinator Phil Snow to serve as the teams senior defensive analyst:

Snow has been working as a defensive coach since the 1970s, and has most recently been working with the Panthers.

From 2020-2022, Snow served as the defensive coordinator for the Panthers, but was then fired after head coach Matt Rhule was let go.

Now, Snow is back with an NFL team, and this time, he will be working as the Bears senior defensive analyst. This job does not require him to be at games, as he will mainly be focusing on scouting, and looking out for defensive college players to potentially draft.
