Bears Head Coach Matt Eberflus Reveals Which Position Has Improved the Most on the Team Heading into 2023

While on the podcast "Green Light with Chris Long," Chicago Bears head coach Matt Eberflus was asked about which positions have improved the most heading into the 2023 season. Eberflus had 2 answers, but started off with the defense:

"I really think the D (defensive) line is gonna be a little bit of a change"
- Eberflus said

He then went into more detail about the change, explaining how the new defensive additions to the team, such as Andrew Billings, Yannick Ngakoue, and rookies, have shown great improvement for the line.

Eberflus then went on to give a shout out to the offense, pointing out the chemistry that is newly seen with the team. Eberflus said:

"Offensively what's probably gonna be the biggest change you'll see is the chemistry between Justin Fields and the skill that we have"

He goes on to explain how the 3 tight ends are some of the best in the NFL. He then explains how this new wide receivers on the team bring in a new skill set that Fields has not seen before.

Eberflus sees growth and improvement already with the team, meaning we should be expecting an exciting season ahead!
