Drafted by the Bears in 2002 and putting up 1283 yards, on 311 carries, and 8 touchdowns, over 8 years, Adrian Peterson was a reliable career backup for the Bears. He only started four games during his career, he wasn't bad, in fact, he averaged above 4.0 ypc. He played for the UFL Virginia Destroyers after the Bears, He played college at Georgia Southern University where set multiple records, as well as winning two National Championships and the Walter Payton award. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2017.

He was good with the Bears, he simply had better players around him, he was behind Thomas Jones and then Cedric Benson. He stayed loyal to the team put in his work and had an honorable career with the Bears. He deserves his spot on this list. Peterson now works as Georgia Southern's director of student-athlete development.
