BLOCKBUSTER: New Mock Trade Proposal Sends the Chicago Bears' 1st-Overall Pick to the New York Giants

In a new mock draft potential trade, NFL draft analyst Chris Trapasso proposes that the Bears trade away their number 1 overall draft pick to the Giants:
In this proposal, the Bears would give the Giants the number 1 overall draft pick in exchange for: the 5th overall, 39th overall, 105th overall 2024 draft picks, a 2025 1st round pick, a 2025 3rd round pick, and current Giants WR Darius Slayton.
A blockbuster trade like this reminds me of the Bears/Panthers trade that happened this past offseason, which has clearly worked out better for the Bears. A trade like this sounds like a crazy idea, but maybe the right one?
The Bears are still trying to figure out what they want to do moving forward with the QB position. Do they stick with Justin Fields? Or, do they draft Caleb Williams with the first-pick? Earlier in the season, it looked like a for sure thing that the Bears were going to draft Williams, but now, after these past few weeks, Fields looks too good to move on from.
If the Bears do decide to keep Fields, then the next best idea seems to be drafting WR Marvin Harrison Jr. with the first-pick. But, is that the way to spend the number 1?
Harrison Jr. is one of the best prospects we have ever seen from the WR position, but does this draft pick make sense? Or, would it make more sense to trade away this pick and instead receive way more picks and a current WR.
Trapasso believes that the Bears should give up the the first-pick and instead build around Fields with different rookies and current players. Take a WR with the 5th or 10th pick, and use Slayton as an experienced player. Stick with Fields and improve the team around him, and with so many top-tier prospects this year, it may be best to wait a bit to draft a WR.
