While a debate has begun in Chicago about Mitch Trubisky, one former Bears' WR is talking about his former QB. Brandon Marshall appeared on "First Take" and was called out by Stephen A. Smith about how he used to rave about Jay Cutler. Now basically retired, Marshall said he could talk "real" and said "Jay Cutler was bad". Marshall added that Cutler had "bad leadership" and didn't have any heart. He added that Cutler was talented and could make any throw, he just didn't have what it takes. Marshall added that Cutler was hard to approach for his wide receivers unlike other quarterbacks he played with in the league.
