The Chicago Bears decided to give Mitch Trubisky some help with their second round pick of the 2018 NHL Draft. The team selected Iowa center James Daniels with the 39th overall pick. The youngster was needed after the Bears declined the option on veteran Josh Sitton's contract. Now Daniels or Cody Whitehair can play center or left guard. Daniels is labeled as a consistent pass blocker and extremely excellent run blocker which will make Jordan Howard happy. After drafting Roquan Smith last night, it's clear Ryan Pace and Matt Nagy are looking to fill immediate needs.
