"The Chicago Bears and general manager Ryan Pace made one of their easiest decisions they'll have this week. Pace and the Bears exercised the fifth-year option on linebacker Roquan Smith. Smith has been an absolute beast for the Bears since his rookie season. So far in his young career, Smith has registered 253 solo tackles along with 4 interceptions, 11 sacks and 1 forced fumble. He had some off field issues this past season but battled through and won the Ed Block Courage Award.
