With Poles interviewing friend Jim Caldwell within 24 hours of being hired, many thought he was the man. But that doesn't seem to be the case. The Bears have hired Indianapolis Colts DC Matt Eberflus as their new head coach. He's lead one of the leagues' best defenses over the last couple of seasons.
