NFL insider Adam Schefter reports that the Bears have officially signed Andy Dalton to a one year deal. "Former Cowboys' QB Andy Dalton is signing a one-year, $10 million deal, with the chance to earn another $3 million in incentives, with the Chicago Bears, per sources."This doesn't necessarily mean that the Bears are out on Russell Wilson but it's looking more than likely.
