"The Chicago Bears and general manager Ryan Pace made some noise this week when they released cornerback Kyle Fuller. They had been trying to trade him for a couple of days but couldn't find any takers. Pace has found his replacement though. NFL insider Adam Schefter reports that the Bears have signed free agent cornerback Desmond Trufant to a one year deal. Trufant has spent the majority of his career in Atlanta but played last year for the Detroit Lions where he registered 1 interception and 4 passes deflected in 6 games. He hasn't played a full 16 games since the 2018 season. More details to come.
