As reported today, the Panthers are releasing 4-time Pro Bowler and All-Pro linebacker Justin Houston:

Houston reportedly wanted out of the team and wants to sign with a playoff contender.

Next month, Houston will be 35, and has hopes of winning a Super Bowl before retiring.
