As revealed this evening, the NFL has selected both Bears DE Montez Sweat and CB Jaylon Johnson to the Pro Bowl:
Sweat joined the Bears ahead of the trade deadline after having a solid season in Washington. His performance immensely improved since coming to Chicago, and the NFL is noting his talent.
Johnson has been on the Bears since being drafted by them in 2020. Since then, he has been a good player, but is currently having his breakout season. He is currently eyeing a contract-extension, and this Pro Bowl selection could help him make his case.
