BREAKING: Veteran Running Back is Leaving New York after being Released

As reported today, the Jets and RB Dalvin Cook have agreed to part ways and to allow Cook to sign with a playoff contender:
Cook, who is best known for his time on the Vikings, signed with the Jets this past offseason in hopes of going to the Super Bowl with Aaron Rodgers. Those hopes were then crushed after Rodgers suffered a season-ending injury in week 1, causing for the Jets to miss the playoffs.
Cook has also been nowhere to be seen this season, as in 15 games played, with 1 start, Cook only has a total of 67 carries for 214 yards, along with 0 touchdowns. He has not been used at all this season, and wants to sign somewhere he can play.
Cook is looking to sign with a playoff contender and has hopes of making it to the Super Bowl with a different team.
