Yup, you read that right. Prescott used up real medical professionals to get a tattoo, so that he didn't need to feel it and be awake for it.
To me, this sounds bizarre, as using medical professionals for a tattoo sounds pretty wild.
Prescott got many different designs during his 11 hour session, including Daffy Duck, Blake Mamba (for Kobe), the Jumpman logo (for MJ), and Muhammad Ali:
