It has been revealed by Pro Football Focus that former Bears OL Sam Mustipher is currently ranked as the 2nd best pass blocking center in the NFL:

Mustipher signed with the Bears in 2019 after going undrafted that year. During final cuts before the 2019 season, the Bears released him, but then soon brought him back. Mustipher stayed with the Bears until 2023.

During this past offseason, Mustipher signed with the Ravens, and now, he is being seen as a top player.

During his time with the Bears, Mustipher was seen as one of the worst centres in the league, but now, the opposite.

I guess this shows us that some players just shine better with other teams
