DC Hunt: Bears have set up an Interview with Another Titans Coach for the Defensive Coordinator Position
The Bears are currently on the hunt for their new defensive coordinator since firing Alan Williams earlier this season.
Earlier this week, it was revealed that the Titans were interviewing former Bear and current Titans coach Chris Harris, and now, they are interviewing another Titans coach.
As revealed by NFL insider Mike Garafolo, the Bears will be interviewing Titans assistant head coach/defensive line coach Terrell Williams:
Williams has been working as a defensive line coach since 1998, starting off in community college. He then moved around to many different big name colleges until joining the Raiders in 2012 and then the Dolphins in 2015.
Ahead of the 2018 season, Williams joined HC Mike Vrabel on the Titans, and has been apart of their staff since. Now with Vrabel being fired and leaving Tennessee, it is likely that Williams will want a change and sign somewhere new.
Though Williams has only worked as a defensive line coach, the Bears are interviewing him for the defensive coordinator position.
