ESPN's Adam Schefter Apologizes for Tweet Regarding Dwayne Haskins's Death

We all heard the tragic news of the death of Dwayne Haskins two days ago. This news was originally reported by ESPN Adam Schefter on Twitter. Here is exactly what Schefter wrote:

You be the judge of it, but this was not the time or place to speak about Haskins' career or the lack of success he had. Simply saying: "Dwayne Haskins, Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback" would have been just fine...

Schefter faced a lot of criticism in the media and frankly, rightfully so. He probably did not mean it in a bad way, but it was still very disrespectful. A lot of NFL players defended Haskins and were furious at Schefter.

"@AdamSchefter you lame asf all around grown ass man and can look in the mirror and smile at yourself," Ravens' QB Lamar Jackson tweeted on Saturday.

Adam took the time to answer the critiques yesterday in a video.
