ESPN analyst believes DeAndre Hopkins will sign with...
One of the biggest questions this offseason has been: where will DeAndre Hopkins land? He has been visiting many different teams and exploring all of his options. Well, ESPN analyst/former NFL QB Dan Orlovsky has an idea.
While on The Pat McAfee Show, Dan was asked about where he thinks Hopkins should go and will go. When asked about the Titans, Dan respond with:
This is very true, as the Titans always seem to be just 1 star away from being a contender, and always fall short. If Hopkins signs with them, then he will be playing with an only okay QB, not something he is looking for. Dan does not think the Titans are a good fit for Hopkins, as he needs that QB who has proved himself.
Dan said that if HE was Hopkins, he would choose the Patriots as his number 1 choice. It is supposed to be a big year for Jones, obviously has great coaching, and Hopkins will be there star WR. But, Dan then changes his mind to say the Eagles are the better option, as Hurts has already proven himself to be an elite QB.
Hopkins wants to be a contender this season, but he also wants to be the main man of the team. He wants to be WR1, and needs a good QB for that. He is used to playing with only okay QBs, so maybe we will finally see him with a star.
