"It's no secret that Chicago Bears head coach Matt Nagy has an extremely slim chance if any of coming back next season. We'll hopefully have somebody around who helps Justin Fields and uses his legs to his teams advantage. There's many sad stats including the fact that Trey Lance who's only started 1 game, has run more designed running plays than Fields has. However it's not the only area where Nagy is lacking obviously and according to Fields himself, another area seems to be team discipline. After last night's game, Fields to take a bit of a shot at Nagy's lack of team discipline. The Bears' young QB was asked about how drives always end up with ill timed mistakes or penalties. "That's been the story of the year...We're shooting ourselves in the foot, once we eliminate those penalties those sacks on my part where I should just shoot the ball away or to the ground... once we eliminate those we'll see more points on the board and more success from the whole team. It's frustrating at this point, especially with the false starts, just everything I mean we're going to have to come up with something a punishment at practice or something because that's what we did at Ohio State. If you jumped offside you ran a whole lap, doesn't matter who you are, even I was running laps. We're gonna have to do something to fix that, no matter what that is I know everybody will be on board with it and we'll get it fixed." More discipline at Ohio State than in Chicago under Nagy?Ouch! What do you think of Fields' comments?"
