It is obvious that Justin Fields has had a couple of tough seasons with the Bears since being drafted in 2021.
He's had a change in coaches, teammates, front staff, etc., but has still been able to showcase a true talent.
When talking about the possible future of Fields in Chicago, former NFL QB Alex Smith spoke about these traits, and explains why the team should stick with him:
As heard from Smith, he explains how though the Bears have struggled since Fields' arrival, he has still been able to display the player he can be.
Fields has this athletic ability that is rare to find. His QB vision and footwork allows for him to get out of situations which result in many players getting sacked or fumbling the ball.
He is also a leader to his team. Every single player on the Bears show an immense amount of respect for Fields, and that is someone you want on your team.
