Though running back/return specialist Tarik Cohen is no longer on the Bears, I believe that almost every Bears fan wants to see Cohen have a successful career.

Cohen was drafted by the Bears back in 2017, and was named as a First-Team All-Pro and Pro Bowler in his second season in the NFL. He seemed to have a bright future ahead of him, but sadly, injuries got in the way.

In week 3 of the 2020 season, Cohen tore both his MCL and ACL, along with a fracture to his tibial plateau. This injury caused for him to miss the rest of the 2020 season as well as the entire 2021 season. The Bears then released Cohen at the start of the 2022 offseason.

In 2022, after finally making a full recovery from his injuries, Cohen suffered yet another injury while training, and tore his achilles tendon. This caused for him to once again, not be able to play.

Finally, this past offseason, Cohen announced that he is fully healthy and ready to make his NFL comeback. He ended up signing to the Panthers practice squad, and has not played this season.

Cohen has been on the practice squad injured list since November with a hamstring injury, but now, he is healed:

Though he still remains on the practice squad, many are hopeful that the Panthers will activate Cohen to at least appear in one game this season. The Panthers are already eliminated from making the playoffs, so maybe they will do a nice deed and put Cohen in a game!
