As reported earlier today, the Bears and Montez Sweat have agreed to a 4-year deal worth up to $105 million.

As seen in the Twitter reply, Long likes this deal, as Sweat has proved that he is worth this money. He is a DE that this team has been needing for a long time, and this extension guarantees him a stay in Chicago.

Long was a member of the Bears from 2013-2019, and during his time with the team, he was named to 3 Pro Bowls, selected as a 2nd Team All Pro, and ranked at number 74 on the Greatest Bears Of All Time List.
