Former Bears Star Reveals Which Player is the Answer for the Bears (Video)

After the Bears got off to a rocky start to begin 2023, many analysts were debating whether or not it was time to move on from QB Justin Fields.

However, after his impressive week 5 performance, it looks like most people are agreeing that Fields is their guy, and former Bears superstar agrees.

In a recent interview with Kay Adams, former Bears RB Matt Forte spoke about Fields as a Bear, and explains that he is confident in his game, as well as sees him as the Bears long term QB:

Forte was drafted by the Bears in 2008, and stayed with the team until 2015. He has been around this organization long enough to understand what they have lacked in, and he reminds us that the o-line has always been a struggle.

Forte dees see Fields as the long term QB, but emphasizes how the team needs protection for him. The o-line must step up if we want to see Fields having a successful career in Chicago.
