As recently revealed, the Chiefs have signed WR Anthony Miller to a reserve-future deal:

This signing means that Miller will not be seen during this seasons playoffs, but will have a chance at earning a spot on the active roster this upcoming offseason.

Miller was drafted by the Bears as the team's 2nd-round selection in the 2018 NFL draft.

Though Miller's career got off to a good start in Chicago, he began to decline with his performances on the field after his rookie year. Due to not seeing much of a future with the two together, the Bears traded Miller to the Texans ahead of the 2021 season.

Unfortunately for Miller, this was looking like end of his career, as after just a few weeks into the season, the Texans released him.

Miller then signed with the Steelers shortly after as a practice squad member. Injuries then came upon Miller, and he struggled to make the active roster. He was then released this past offseason.

Miller then signed with the 49ers last August, but was released just a few days after.

He then signed with the Colts a few months later, but was released just days after.

Now, Miller will fight for a spot on the Chiefs and will continue training in hopes of making the active roster.

Also, during Miller's time in Chicago, Matt Nagy was the Bears head coach. Now with this signing, Miller and Nagy will be reuniting as Nagy is currently working as the Chiefs offensive coordinator.
