After Sundays heartbreaking loss, Bears fans are trying to figure out what the next move is for this team. The Bears are 0-4, and are the laughing stock of the NFL. Some believe the coaches are the main issue for the team, while others believe it is QB Justin Fields.

With this loss, the Bears are currently holding both the number 1 and 2 spot of the 2024 NFL draft. If the Bears and Panthers continue to struggle this season, then the Bears will have back to back picks to start 2024.

With this possibility looming, we are all thinking about what the team can and will do.

Right now, the 2 biggest names in college football are QB Caleb Williams and WR Marvin Harrison Jr. They are projected to be the first 2 picks in the draft, and could likely both be going to Chicago.

With this idea looming around, former NFL player Clay Harbor chimed in on this discussion, via Twitter:

As seen in the tweet, Harbor is not sure if he is ready to see the Bears move on from Fields, but also cannot help the fact that seeing Williams and Harrison Jr. both on the Bears is a beautiful look.

The Bears drafted Fields in 2021 as the teams 1st-round pick. Fields was a stud while in college, and the Bears hoped to see that player once again. Unfortunately, Fields has not been "that" player, and now that is he is in his 3rd year in the NFL, this may be his make it or break it year.

Fields did look fantastic yesterday, throwing for 335 yards along with 4 touchdowns. However, he did choke in the end of the game, which ultimately caused the Bears to lose, even though they were leading by 21 at one point.

I believe that the Bears need a full clean up for 2024, meaning it is time for Poles, Eberflus, and Getsy to go. I think it also means the Bears should trade away Fields and allow him to shine somewhere else, as this situation is not working. The Bears need a new rebuild, and Williams and Harrison Jr. may be the best guys to be apart of that.

It is still early in the season, so if Fields does pick it up and the team can win some games, then I say stick with Fields. But, if they continue to struggle, then I say it's time for a full organization rebuild.
