Despite the uncertainty surrounding his future, Fields has shown tangible improvement this season. He has thrown for just over 1,800 yards, elevating his yards-per-game average by more than 50 yards. Additionally, he has recorded 13 touchdowns and six interceptions, while his completion percentage has risen to approximately 63%.
There is no doubt that Fields possesses the potential to become a successful NFL quarterback. The pivotal question lies in determining where he will have the opportunity to thrive, and this is contingent on the leadership decisions made within the Bears' organization.
Griffin III expressed confidence in Fields' abilities, stating, "Justin Fields will undoubtedly excel as an NFL quarterback, wherever he may land. What I've observed from him over the past three games, since his return from injury, is a marked improvement in his overall efficiency on the field."
