HC Matt Eberflus Reveals When Montez Sweat will Make his First Game Appearance with the Bears (Video)

During today's press conference, Bears head coach Matt Eberflus revealed when newcomer Montez Sweat is expected to make his first appearance with the team:

As said in the conference, Eberflus expects Sweat to play this Sunday against the Saints, making it his first game with the Bears.

Just a few days ago, the Bears traded away their 2024 2nd round draft pick in exchange for Sweat. Sweat has been playing for the Commanders since being drafted back in 2019, as the teams first round selection.

In 67 games played,, Sweat has a total of 197 tackles, 35.5 sacks, 9 forced fumbles, 11 pass deflections, and 1 interception.
