In an unexpected turn of events, Joe Flacco has emerged as the unlikely savior of Cleveland.

Just a mere three weeks ago, Joe Flacco was not even on an NFL roster, watching league games from the comfort of his home. Now, he finds himself with the opportunity to lead a team that lost Deshaun Watson for the entire year into the playoffs and potentially play a pivotal role in their postseason journey.

On Monday morning, former NFL player Ryan Clark revealed an interesting tidbit: Flacco had actually tried out and auditioned for a role on 'Inside The NFL,' but he was not selected for the position. As it turns out, this decision may have worked out in favor of the Cleveland Browns.

Head coach Kevin Stefanski recently made a significant decision that will shape the remainder of the Browns' season. Shortly after their 31-27 victory over the Jaguars, Stefanski was asked whether Joe Flacco would continue to be Cleveland's starting quarterback for the rest of the season.

Flacco appears to be content in Cleveland, describing the feeling of being "like a 10-year-old again" after the significant win. Moreover, the Browns have a promising chance at securing a playoff spot.

In his home debut on Sunday, Flacco led the Browns to a 31-27 triumph over the Jaguars. He completed 57.8% of his passes for an impressive 311 yards, three touchdowns, and just one interception.

Notably, Flacco became the first Browns quarterback to throw three touchdown passes of 30 yards or more in a single game since Brian Sipe achieved the feat in 1980, as per ESPN Stats and Info.

After 14 weeks of NFL action, the Cleveland Browns have an 85% probability of making it to the playoffs, as reported by the data team at the New York Times. They have solidified their position as the top wild card team, and it's a 38-year-old Joe Flacco who is guiding them on this exciting journey.
