An interesting end to the season for the Chicago Bears as we see two parties likely headed in total opposite directions. Bears' head coach Matt Nagy is done in Chicago and it's not likely he finds another head coaching job while quarterback Justin Fields is just getting his time in Chicago started and it looks like it's going to be quite the awesome career. A couple of weeks ago we heard Fields take a bit of a shot at Nagy regarding the team's self discipline and shooting themselves in the foot with penalties every time they were building momentum. "It's frustrating at this point, especially with the false starts, just everything I mean we're going to have to come up with something a punishment at practice or something because that's what we did at Ohio State. "This time the shot wasn't as open, but it sounds like Fields took a little bit of a low key blow at Nagy. Check out Fields' response when asked his rookie season with Nagy. "Umm yea, coach Nagy's a great coach. I know there's been a lot of outside talk or whatever but you know as far as I'm concerned he's coached me to the best of his ability ...He's a great person on and off the field and I'm happy I got to experience my first year with him."
People are making a big deal about the "to the best of his ability" comment. Implying that Nagy tried as hard as he could but he basically sucks. What do you think of Fields' comments?
