It's no secret, we're going to see some changes this offseason when it comes to the Chicago Bears. We're going to see a change at head coach, some roster changes and possibly a change regarding team president Ted Phillips. But what a change at GM?There's been whispers from both sides of the ball, Ryan Pace sticking around and Ryan Pace getting fired. Bears' insider Erik Lambert reports there's been whispers on both sides because the McCaskey's are having trouble deciding. Pace had done plenty of good and bad for the organization. He turned the Bears around when he was first hired and has been pretty solid in the draft with Roquan Smith, James Daniels, Bilal Nichols, David Montgomery, Cole Kmet, Jaylon Johnson and Darnell Mooney. On the other side of the picture, the hiring of Matt Nagy and drafting of Mitch Trubisky sits at the top of the list that set the team back a couple of years. Those two blemishes along with one winning record in seven seasons most would argue is enough to get him fired. Do you think Pace will survive?
