There was a report during the preseason that Jackson turned down a five-year extension offer worth over $250 million, with $133 million guaranteed.

After leading the Ravens to a 27-22 win over the Buccaneers on "Thursday Night Football," Jackson spotted a fan with a sign that read "Pay 'Em Now" and included Jackson's No. 8.
