From 2009-2013, Mike Vick was playing for the Philadelphia Eagles. During most of his time in Philly, current Chiefs head coach Andy Reid was coaching the Eagles. Vick recalls playing under him, and states that he could be considered the GOAT of coaching. Vick said:
The narrative in the sports world is that Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is the greatest coach of all time. Belichick is a 8-time Super Bowl champ and a 3-time NFL Coach of the Year. He is known as creating the greatest team in all of sports, and creating one of the greatest dynasties we will ever see. Most people will say that Belichick created Tom Brady, and if Brady did not have him, we would not think so highly of the QB GOAT.
Even with these accomplishments, Vick still believes Andy Reid to be the best:
Tyreek Hill also added in about his time with Reid, while in Kansas City. He remembers not wanting to let him down, and recalls how much he loved playing for Reid.
Andy Reid is a 2-time Super Bowl champ, and the 2002 NFL Coach of the Year. His stats are not as impressive as Belichick's, but Vick does not see that as a reason to not call him the best.
Vick believes that Brady is the reason for Belichick's success, while Reid did it on his own, and created more stars.
