Philadelphia Eagles' cornerback, James Bradberry, committed a crucial holding penalty in the late stages of the fourth quarter.

However, Goodell's remarks in the lead-up to Sunday's game, where he shockingly claimed that officiating in the NFL has never been better, have sparked outrage.
