One of the biggest concerns for the Bears this offseason is finding a new offensive coordinator after firing Luke Getsy. Though they already have two potential interviews lined up with Shane Waldron and Klint Kubiak, the Bears should still be on the lookout for their perfect match.

According to Bears reporter Harrison Graham, he believes that the Bears should pursue one of the top college football OC's; Washington's Ryan Grubb:

Grubb just finished his 2nd season with Washington, finishing the year with a 14-1 record after losing to Michigan in the Championship game. Grubb helped build one of the most exciting offensives in college football, and is a creative and respected OC. He turned down working for Nick Saban ahead of last season, and is someone who is loyal to his team.

Grubb may decide to leave this year however, as Washington's HC Kalen DeBoer is leaving the program to coach for Alabama. With this new and sudden change, Grubb may want a change as well.

Grubb helped create a dynamtic offense in Washington, and could very well do the same with the Bears. They have a ton of weapons on that offense, but are in need of an OC who understands his players and their skill sets.
