Now not only do they arguably have one of the best quarterbacks they've ever landed in an NFL Draft, but they've also got a hungry young quarterback with a chip on his shoulder. Former teammate and now Baltimore Ravens running back JK Dobbins revealed that the Bears' are going to get one of the hardest working QBs around. Dobbins said Fields is a born leader and works harder than anybody else in the locker room, both on and off the field. "He's in the film room. He's going to study, study, study.
