As heard, Pennel wants to see the Bears stick with Justin Fields another year, and states that the Bears move on from their QBs too fast.

Pennel was on the Bears during the 2022 season, which was Fields' 2nd year with the team. Pennel saw Fields on and off the field, and liked what he saw when it came to his skills and leadership.

Fields just completed his 3rd year in the NFL, and Pennel believes that it's too quick to move on from Fields as he hasn't been in the league long enough.
