During the 2022 season, the Bears made one of the worst trades in franchise history.

The Bears gave up their early 2nd round pick in exchange for former Steelers WR Chase Claypool.

After acquiring Claypool, the Bears went from bad - to even worse, as after trading for him, the Bears went 0-9. Claypool had not won one single game with the team, and after much drama on and off the field, the Bears traded him to the Dolphins this past season.

Not only did the Bears get better, but the Dolphins got worse. The Dolphins were 6-2 before trading for him, but once they got him in Miami, they went 5-5.

Now that the Dolphins season is officially over after their blowout loss against the Chiefs, many are blaming Claypool:

I won't be surprised if the Dolphins release Claypool this offseason.
