According to insiders, the Titans are interested in trading away Henry, instead of letting him walk after the 2023 season. The team is struggling and looking for change, and that change may come from acquiring some new and young talent.
Henry will be 30 years old in the new year, which is considered to be "old" for an NFL RB. Though he is still considered to be one of the best in the game, the Titans may not want to commit again, and Henry may want a change.
It looks like the only team showing significant interest are the Ravens, so Henry may be heading to Baltimore before November.
