Stephen A. Smith Calls out Bears HC Matt Eberflus, Tells Him it is Time to Go (Video)

During a recent episode of ESPN's "First Take," Stephen A. Smith went OFF on Bears head coach Matt Eberflus, explaining how surprised he is to see Eberflus still as the head coach:

Smith then talks about how bad this Bears team truly is, revealing that it has almost been 1 year since the Bears have won a game.

I think we can all say that we agree with Smith. How is Ebeflus still the head coach of the Bears? We have seen nothing but failure since his arrival, and I do not see improvement looming. The fans can't stand him, his players don't respect him, I just don't understand why he has not been fired yet.

If the Bears do not win this week, then I will be shocked if Eberflus is still with the team.
