The Chicago Bears are preparing for a significant showdown against the Cleveland Browns this Sunday, aiming to extend their winning streak to three games. However, Chicago's offense faces a formidable challenge from the dominant Cleveland defense, led by defensive end Myles Garrett, boasting 13.0 sacks and 26 QB hits this season. Za'Darius Smith, with 3.5 sacks and 14 QB hits, adds to the threat.

Offensive coordinator Luke Getsy is determined not to let these Browns edge defenders disrupt the game. "They consistently rank at the top of every defensive statistic in the league," Getsy noted, "so we know it won't be easy. Facing players like Garrett and Smith requires a game plan centered around containing them."

The game plan will likely involve quick passes, screens, and getting rookie quarterback Justin Fields on the move. A strong running game featuring Fields and D'Onta Foreman is also essential. In their last encounter, Fields was sacked nine times, 4.5 of which were credited to Garrett, in his NFL debut. Since then, the team has improved, with better offensive line performance, the departure of head coach Matt Nagy, and growth in Fields' abilities. Still, left tackle Braxton Jones faces a tough challenge against Garrett in this upcoming game.
