The Bears have named their new assistant offensive line coach in Austin king. He played 34 games in the NFL after being drafted in the 4th round in 2003. He played his college ball in 2003 at Northwestern University.

This marks one of the last coaching spots left to be filled for the Chicago Bears. Matt Eberflus and his coaching piers said they need to boost up this offensive line in a big way. Adding a very high calibre coach to the staff will surely help in the development of the young offensive linemen currently on the roster. This could help also in the search for new talents on the line, whether in free agency or the draft.
